MarketSmart

Opportunity

When Welsh Technologies was approached a few years ago, MSA (previously MarketSmart) didn’t do the web, and we didn’t do marketing—at least not like we do it today. Facing an exciting opportunity in the form of a new client, and the need for technical expertise in interactive, they asked us to help sort through resumes to find them the perfect fit for their soon-to-be webmaster (that was still the word for it in those days).

Solution

We had a better idea: a loosely formed strategic partnership that combined their ability to build a brand with our ability to build a website, and things haven’t been the same since. Having been purchased by a publicly-traded parent company, MSA has spent the last few years working with us to build their reputation as a leader in interactive. They continue to improve upon their client base and their success.

The Tech

We can't help but take credit for a portion of MSA's success with interactive. Our team has partnered with them on countless projects, not to mention interactive marketing strategy, relentlessly pursuing excellence every time. Beyond websites, we've built an online health-risk assessment and BMI calculator. We designed and built an application to provide a dashboard view of the effectiveness of grants aimed at reducing teen smoking. We’ve conducted reviews of competitors' sites, and built tools to help us track the success of our own. And throughout the years, our focus has not only been on creating a mutually beneficial and profitable relationship, but also on helping MSA and its clients achieve their full potential.
